Summary:Written by August Casimir Redel (1956-1705), a priest and poet active in Augsburg, this Baroque exposition of the history of the Holy House of Loreto includes 48 anagramic phrases. Chronograms appear on title page and in a prelude to the Virgin Mary. It is dedicated to the young Bishop-Prince of Cologne, Joseph Clemens, who is referred to on the title page as the "most chaste spouse" of the Virgin Mary.

Two engraved plates: Frontispiece (page 1) upper panel is a map of the Mediteranean showing the route of the Holy House being transported by angels.
