In their letters they report that the founding of the order is supported by several European nobles, including the Count of Altan (Germany), the Duke of Mantua, the Duke of Neuers (France), and Ana Mendoza, the Duchess del Infantado. Vázquez's letter is dated Feburary 8, 1624. Pope Urban VIII issued the bull "Imperscrutabilis," establishing the order, on February 12. Little is known about the order itself. | ||
