Vols. 1-3 list the printed books, by classes (Theology, Law, Sciences and Arts, Literature, History), subdivided by format (folio, quarto, etc.); v. 4 lists 1100 manuscripts, of which 973 had originally belonged to the Jesuit libraries of Paris.
