Ellsberg describes working at the house of hospitality before becoming the editor of The Catholic worker. He details some of the difficulties he had in finding his footing as an editor and dealing with writers. He then talks about the antinuclear movement, nonviolent protests and his own protest experiences including being arrested for blocking railroad tracks at the Rocky Flats Plant.
