Streszczenie:Interview conducted for Voices from the Catholic Worker. Peace activist, artist, and Catholic Worker Tom Lewis discusses his long history of nonviolent peace actions, including burning draft cards in 1968 with eight other Catholics in Catonsville, Md. He describes the trials and outcomes for the Catonsville Nine and for a previous action in Baltimore, Md. He considers the role of the press in such actions and the differences between violence against property and people. Lewis also speaks about balancing Plowshares peace actions and hospitality at the Catholic Worker, and creating his artwork. Interview ends abruptly. Interviewed by Rosalie Riegle Troester.
