Özet:Interview conducted for Voices from the Catholic Worker. Pat Sher discusses helping found Dorothy Day House, a women and children's hospitality house in Syracuse, N.Y. She talks about what drew her to the Catholic Worker, finding and naming the house, and how it is viewed in the neighborhood. She speaks about taking in AIDS patients and briefly about civil disobedience. Toward the end of the recording, four volunteers explain what drew them to help at the house. Interview ends abruptly. Interviewed by Rosalie Riegle Troester. Interruptions in audio present in original recording. Complete audio recording available; transcript incomplete.
