Jacques Travers, Dolores Rabi and Joanne O'Rourke discuss CHIPS (Christian Help in Park Slope), a Christian charitable organization in Brooklyn, N.Y. dedicated to helping the homeless and the poor. They discuss how they initially became involved with CHIPS and their impressions of the homeless situation in New York. Travers discusses the shock he felt at the homeless situation in America after coming from Europe. They discuss their thoughts on working at the shelter. Also, Travers discusses some of the help they get from the community. Interviewed by Daniel Marshall.
