Johnson begins by talking about how she became aware of the homeless problem in New York and how she and Roberts first started volunteering at the CHIPS shelter. Roberts then talks about his religious motivations for volunteering and how he interacts with the guests. They then talk about the CHIPS shelter, its services, and what they do at the shelter. Interviewed by Daniel Marshall.
