Description:With an accurate report of the speech of the Right Honourable John Foster, Speaker of the House of Commons, on the above subject, February 27th, 1793: : and the speech of the Right Honourable John, Earl of Clare, Lord High Chancellor of Ireland, February 19th, 1798, on a motion made by the Earl of Moira, for conciliatory measures in Ireland.
Each of the three speeches has a separate t.p. and was also issued separately by Milliken.
The first speech of the Earl of Clare is ESTC t123162; Foster's speech is ESTC t089556. The second speech of the Earl of Clare is of the 4th edition.
