Lohmann Collection copy has two states of Stockmann engraving with caption: Deus humiliabit calumniato/rem Psl.71/ Gott wird den Lästerer demüthigen, showing burning of books in Madrid April 5, 1759. First state has index letters on the engraving A, C, D, E and F. C over a book with text Palla/fox and note in Fraktur script: C. Briefe von Pallafox. Second state has A, B, D, E, and F. B is over the same text in the fire Palla/fox but the word "fictus" is added above the pitchfork beside the letter B. The Fraktur text reads B. * Briefe von Pallafox with note at bottom of text: *Erdichtete. At the end of the Latin text after Psl.52 is the following addition in the second state: Vide novellas publicas Extra: ord. Augustae Vind. 8.May 1759.
