Biblical stories are theological explanations of the Biblical texts with German translations of commentaries by the Church fathers and include the date "Im Jahr der Welt" and "vor Christi Geburt ....", using Jacques Salian's calculation of 4050 years from creation to the birth of Christ; stories are followed by theological and moral lessons extracted from them. 1. Theil has 25 stories from the creation of the world to the Ten Commandments and the Golden Calf.
