Outer covering made of limp vellum with foredge flap with toggle and loop closure made of hide.
Last 12 leaves are blank.
Handwritten in different hands.
Some staining and curling of edges of pages, text not affected.
The first 12 pages of the manuscript appear to be listings of members of the confradia, governing rules of the confradia, or their constitution. The next 12 pages are records of mass stipends, followed by 2 pages listing the members of the confraternity and monies they donated, and 8 pages detailing the elections of officers over several years. The final 14 pages list the monthly accounting of dues paid to the parrish from 1695-1707.
Notation of unknown origin on inside front cover: Los dos vols #4.
Vellum front cover has 1 inch hole and illegible writing.
