Fudjinski discusses the beginnings of the CHIPS shelter at the Arthur Sheehan House of Hospitality in Brooklyn. He discusses the day-to-day operations of the shelter. Quinn then joins the interview and gives her thoughts on CHIPS and on communal living. They also discuss differences between CHIPS and the Catholic Worker Movement. Interviewed by Daniel Marshall.
