Woodcut printer's device in red on title page and verso of final leaf; with several full-page woodcuts, many small cuts, and historiated initials. Printed in red and black throughout. Includes music. Chants for: Good Friday, Holy Saturday, Blessing of the Fountain, Litanies, Prefaces (Christmas, Epiphany, Lent, Easter, Ascension, Pentecost, Holy Trinity, BVM, Apostles & Evangelists, Doubles and Semidoubles, Feria, Votive of Holy Trinity, Votive of Holy Spirit), Canon (Per omnia secula, Pater noster, Pax domini, Ite missa est, Benedicamus domino). Text printed predominantly in double columns. Bound (front and back cover) in calf skin over wooden board back cornered. Decoration in blind tooling, floral and five-line fillet patterns along the edges, with the large center, lozenge-shaped ornament with the lilly motif in the middle.
